Developed by our team and powered by AI, Zara isn’t just a chatbot - she’s a sharp, efficient and collaborative digital colleague who’s transforming how banks approach the move from Banking Services to SAP Transactional Banking (TRBK) on SAP S/4HANA.

We sat down with Zara (yes, she speaks fluent SAP) to get to know more about what she does, how she supports project teams and why she’s unlike any other AI assistant in the SAP space.

Hi Zara! Tell us a bit about yourself and your role at bancon

My role is best described as your friendly TRBK Upgrade Assistant. Think of me as a knowledgeable team member who never sleeps, never forgets and always knows where to find the answer.

My main mission is to make SAP upgrade projects faster, smoother and less stressful. I work alongside project teams, particularly at FSI’s, to provide instant insights into complex documentation, identify system changes, and ultimately support a successful upgrade to TRBK.

I am part of a wider team of AI agents at bancon, each with our own set of capabilities for different use cases.

What benefits do clients typically see when they work with you?

I’m designed to boost efficiency and reduce risk, so teams can focus on the bigger picture without getting bogged down in endless documentation.
