My background is rooted in banking solutions, having spent eighteen years at SAP, where I was the Global Head of Banking Support, responsible for the delivery of Quality Assurance services for SAP Premium Engagement customers. For the last ten years, I led SAP’s Global Banking Team and was part of the Financial Services Leadership team. My role there focused on proactive client engagement, ensuring solution support and guiding banks through transformation challenges. This experience allowed me to work closely with banks worldwide, understanding their operational complexities and helping them navigate digital transformation, compliance and system implementations.
My role is not constrained to my title of Director of Financial Services, it is adaptable to the business need and project discussions at the time. I contribute across multiple projects, advising on best practices and potential pitfalls. I’m often involved from the pitch stage, leveraging my knowledge to support decision-making and implementation strategy ensuring nothing is missed. My role includes aligning projects with industry standards and best practices, identifying risks early, and providing solutions before they become roadblocks.
I’m currently heavily involved in the wave of Core Banking Transformation projects, which are relevant for most of our global SAP Banking customer base. All former SAP Banking Services customers will need to follow the SAP software evolution path and transition their SAP Banking software to the SAP S/4HANA based TRBK solution from SAP Fioneer. I am shaping and driving bancon’s value proposition as a transition partner for existing clients while actively engaging with prospects and our SI partners in discussions about this same opportunity. Additionally, I act as a trusted advisor to bancon’s clients including the support of major projects with leading banks. My work extends across three continents – Europe, Australia, and Africa - cementing bancon’s position as a leading consultancy and implementation partner. By leveraging my global experience, I support the team in strengthening its presence in new markets and maintaining its reputation as a top-tier financial services consultancy.
That’s very flattering, especially from a team of such highly-skilled people. With a career focused on banking software and technology, I have built up a unique understanding of the banking tech world by working on so many global projects and know how to advise on the do’s and don’ts of projects.
I haven’t joined bancon in a typical functional consultant’s capacity. Instead, I bring deep industry expertise and serve as a trusted advisor in client acquisition and delivery, working directly with the bancon leadership team.

The growing need for deeper, more strategic client discussions is a key opportunity for my role. bancon has long maintained a strong network with SAP, SAP Fioneer, and key banking clients. My role contributes to strengthening that further, bringing in additional expertise at the senior level and fostering meaningful conversations with executives and partners.
With my background, I complement the existing expertise of Bradley Jarrett and Brad Scott-King, supporting bancon’s ability to engage with senior clients at a strategic level. My focus is to ensure that every aspect of an engagement is considered - covering the full scope, ensuring timelines align and strategising for seamless implementation.
