Formerly known as the India team, the re-branded Global Delivery Hub is now a core pillar of bancon’s global operating model. bancon actively fosters a culture of integration, encouraging seamless collaboration between its global teams. Senior team leads within the Global Delivery Hub facilitate smooth communication between offshore, onshore and near shore teams, mitigating common challenges in remote delivery models. Additionally, travel between locations strengthens relationships. UK-based consultants frequently visit the office in India, and vice versa, reinforcing the team’s commitment to delivering high-quality service while maintaining close client collaboration.

The location strategy of the Global Delivery Hub in India, combined with time zone differences, enables bancon to provide true 24/7 support. The hub accelerates solution deployment, enhances support services and strengthens agility in responding to evolving market needs.

The Global Delivery Hub is led by Emma Taylor and Imran Mohd, who collaborate closely. Emma is the Senior Delivery Lead for the team, overseeing team management and sales co-ordination to client assignments. She ensures smooth project transitions for the team and effective workforce allocation, focusing on having the right talent in the right roles to ensure successful project outcomes. Imran is the Director of Operations, overseeing the seamless coordination of critical backend functions, including invoicing, financial administration, and operational compliance. In addition, he plays a key role in HR, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
